What were your feelings on Skyward Sword? okay i assume if you’re on this blog you love Zelda, so of course we are all still going to play it even if you dislike the game. But my feelings were that the cutscenes were amazing, but the gameplay got a little..repetitive..anyone else feel that?

Sheikah’s Response:
I have played through the game only once, just once due to the fact that my short attention span doesn’t let me focus on it. …It’s not just about this game, I find it hard to focus on many things I love. Anyways, form that single game play I can’t say much, I feel as if the game does deserve a second chance for a more solid opinion. However, I had a great time playing it and I didn’t think it got too repetitive. I mean, several parts of the game had the same goal: collect all of the x before you’re caught/killed/scared to death. But I see what you mean and I think the issue might have been that those parts of the game were too close together. As if they gave you little rest to move onto new concepts of the game…I wonder if I put that into the right words.
The cutscenes were great and the music was great, too. I loved the characters and Ghirahim was just too great to me. I love that man. I sometimes think that the game was too short compared to others, but at the same time..the temples were pree’long and the ‘preparation stages’ for eat temple were pretty long as well…
It’s not the best game in the series—I think—but it’s a great addition and it is my second favorite game in the franchise.
